크로아티아 맛집 정보 - Dalmatino - hvar - 4.3/5

흐바르에서 유명한 맛집입니다. 외국인들에게 평점이 매우 높았어요. 외국인들 후기를 보면 예약을 안하면 저녁에 식사가 불가능 하다고 했는데, 다행히도 일찍갔더니 자리가 있었어요. 물론 야외테라스는 꽉차서 실내에서 먹었습니다. 메인거리 뒷골목에 있어서 처음가면 찾기 힘들 수도 있어요. 근처에 비슷한 가게들이 여럿 있습니다. 그중에서도 제일 잘나간다니 기대를 안고 들어갑니다.

 

이집이 유명한 이유중 하나가 식전술, 식후술을 줍니다. 물론 무료입니다. 물은 돈받고 팔아도 술은 공짜로 주네요. 스트레이트잔으로 주고요, 도수는 좀 있는 편입니다. 식전술 맛은 약주 느낌이랄까요. 서빙을 하면서 주전부리 설명을 해줬는데 사실 잘 못알아들었어요. 식전술 서빙하는 웨이터는 저거만 담당하더군요. 아쉽지만 운전을 해야되서 입만 댔습니다. 

식전빵입니다. 조금 독특하게 맨빵이 아니라 뭔가 발려있어요. 이 식당 맘에 드는것중 하나는 식당 규모에 비하면 웨이터 수가 많다는 점입니다. 담당테이블이 아니라 담당 서빙이 있는거 같아요. 근데 실내에서 한번 사라지면 필요할땐 잘 안타납니다.

 

 

생선요리를 먹을까 하다가 크로아티아 오면 다들 오징어 요리를 먹기에 시켜봤습니다. 그래도 분위기 나는 레스토랑 이니까요. 후기도 좋았었구요. 그 맛은.... 고급진 버터구이오징어네요!!! 사실 다를수가 없죠. 오징어를 구운거니까요. 

촉촉한 오징어 스테이크 였습니다. 버터구이 오징어를 고급지게 칼질해서 먹었어요!!! 90쿠나

오른쪽은 그냥 스테이크는 아니고 pasticada라는 달마시안요리였던거 같은데 하얀건 쫄깃한 가래떡같았습니다. 치즈가 뿌려져 있는데, 고기소스에 찍어먹으면 괜찮구요. 고기는 마치... 고급진 장조림이네요! 대신 덜짜고 달달하며 고기가 부드럽게 녹습니다. 110쿠나

이왕이면 메인 3개정도는 먹어야 배가 부를거 같아요. 옆테이블에 생선요리가 크기도 크고 매우 탐나더라구요.

 

식후술이 나왔어요. 색깔이 이쁘죠? 도수는 식전술이랑 비슷한데 좀 더 달고 맛있습니다. 물론 아쉽게도 입만 대고 못먹었네요. 그리고 후기에서는 못봤는데 서비스로 와인도 한잔 줬어요. 이게 진짜 맛있더라구요. 보통 스윗하다는 와인 보다 더 달고 모스카토같은 청량감이 없는데도 느끼하지 않고 좋았어요. 포도가 아니고 다른과일일 수도 있는데, 한잔 마시고 몇시간 놀고 술깨고 운전할까 심각하게 고민했네요. 대리운전이 있었으면 당장 마셨을거에요. 아쉽게도 입만 댔네요. 음주단속도 없고, 마을도 작지만 그래도 다들 음주운전은 하지 마세요.

꾀나 오래 머물렀던 시간, 잘 교육된 웨이터, 무료 식전,후 주류, 깔끔한 인테리어를 고려하면 정말 합리적인 가격입니다. 야외테라스를 미리 예약하고 가면 더 좋을 것 같아요. 

This was one of the most famous restaurant in Hvar. It was ranked at first place at Tripadvisor gaining high rates from tourists. Based on the reviews, it was hard to have dinner without reservation. When I got there, any outdoor tables were not available. It was in the small alley near harbor. A few restaurants gathered here. 

Complimentary alcohol was offered before and after dining. It served with a glass for straight and was strong. The employee explained the thing that was served but I couldn't follow him unfortunately. 

The employees played each one's own role;one only served the alcohol, another only served main dishes, the others maybe served dessert and etc. Each one had their own serving menu, not in charge of whole course for the certain table, unlike other general restaurant system. The restaurant had enough waiters. 

I would have not driven, if I had knew free liquor.

Bread as a appetizer was provided. It was slightly soaked with something. 

After consideration, I chose squid. It was relatively soft. Usually I have squid with my hands at a very casual atmosphere, but this day in a luxurious way with knife and folk. It costed 90 HRK.

The other dish was some sort of beef steak. It read Dalmatian traditional one on the menu. The white one beside the meat had a chewy texture like a rice cake. A bit sweet, less salty and soft meat. 110 HRK paid.

3 dishes for 2 persons was recommendable to full your stomach. A couple next to my table was having full course and the fish was huge and made my mouth watering. 

Violet-color liquor was brought after main dish. It was more sweet and delicious. And unexpectedly a glass of wine was also provided. This one was the best among 3 glasses of alcohol at this restaurant. Sweeter than other wines I usually had drunk. It was great although it did not carbonated like moscato. I wished any substitute driver service had been available in Hvar, as it does in Korea. I felt sorry that I couldn't drink, only tasting a drop. Although police did not check drinking in this tiny town, please do not drive in drunk. 

Considering well trained and kind waiters, complimentary alcohol and good interior design, it was reasonable price. Don't forget to reserve outdoor table in advance.
